QSTV retains all rights, including copyright, in data, images, text and any other information contained in and on the Site. Uses where Permission is Required
Unauthorized commercial publication, exploitation, including but not limited to print or electronic distribution of QSTV's web sites and the content on its web sites is expressly prohibited without written authorization from QSTV, and, where applicable, third party rights holders. For permission to use images from the QSTV's collection, text and other Content from QSTV's web sites, please e-mail the Copyright Division of QSTV. In addition, there may be rights held by third parties, that includes photographic copyrights. QSTV shall not be responsible for the procurement of any third party proprietary rights and the user shall be obligated to clear such rights prior to the use of the content. QSTV shall grant permission to use its Content on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the QSTV Copyright Division. In most cases a fee will be charged, depending on the type and nature of the proposed use.
